GDPR

We want you to feel confident when providing your personal data to us. That’s why it’s important to inform you about how we handle your personal information. You can read more about our policies below.

As of May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies as law in all EU member states. This legislation replaces the previous Personal Data Act and aims to protect individuals’ personal privacy.

As a property management company, handling personal data is a regular part of our daily operations. Sometimes it’s a waiting list for premises; other times, it’s digital e-signing of lease agreements or handing over keys. Regardless of the context in which personal data is collected, you as a customer can feel confident that we only use such data for internal operations and necessary processes. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

We also have clear internal procedures for managing active personal data and data that is no longer needed or should no longer be retained in our records.

Would you like to know more about how we handle personal data or request to have your data removed from our records? Feel free to contact us at info@pnf.se.
