About Piteå Näringsfastigheter

Piteå Näringsfastigheter is a fully owned municipal company that has been in existence since 1964. Today, we have 18 employees, and our main task is to support the business community and employment in the municipality of Piteå.

We own and manage 180,000 square meters spread across 37 properties for rent to virtually all types of businesses. Among our tenants, you will find many different types of companies – so almost regardless of what your business offers, we have the premises for you.

With us, you don’t just get a premises – you also get support beyond the ordinary. We want to help you grow, and it is even written in our business idea that we look beyond safe profit margins and take greater risks than our competitors if it helps your business. We work cross-functionally

At PnF, we work across departments, but also within the departments of Marketing, Finance, Property and Project Management, and Operations and Maintenance. You can find us in the red building on Karl Grankvist väg 4, at Furunäset.

The Marketing department handles, among other things, property rentals, showing premises, writing rental contracts, managing communication in the media, and sponsorships. The Finance department handles everything related to finances within PnF and other companies, such as invoicing, accounting, supplier invoices, year-end closing, budgets, and forecasts. The Property department handles, for example, property projects, calculations, and investments. The Operations and Maintenance department is responsible for daily property supervision, including optimizing energy usage, addressing reported issues, and general property maintenance.
